Shipping Protection

Single Track Dreamer offers Shipping Protection for your order. With our Shipping Protection, you can choose to protect your shipment and rest easy if your order is lost, damaged, or even stolen during shipping.

If your order with Shipping Protection is lost or stolen in transit, Single Track Dreamer will help you file a lost package claim with the courier. If your shipment is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Single Track Dreamer will file a damaged package claim. In the event of a damaged shipment, retain all original packaging materials for inspection.

Please note: Single Track Dreamer is not liable for orders marked as delivered but are claimed as not delivered. To ensure successful delivery, provide accurate and secure shipping addresses. Purchase multiple units if necessary for larger orders.

By adding Shipping Protection to your order at checkout, you can select up to three units of Shipping Protection per order.

• $100 USD insurance with a $1 fee per order
• $200 USD insurance with a $2 fee per order
• $300 USD insurance with a $3 fee per order

Shipping Protection is not refundable and must be purchased with your order for coverage to apply. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 60 days of the order date to report any problems.

For domestic and international orders, Single Track Dreamer wants you to receive your order safely and promptly. Adding Shipping Protection to your order ensures peace of mind for your delivery experience.
