Refund and Exchange Claims

Refund and exchange claims will be accepted within 15 days of the customer receiving an order.

Poor Quality or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or of poor quality, please contact us. Note: We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping, such as a shoe box damaged in transit.

Wrong Product Shipped

If you receive the wrong product in your order, please notify us immediately.

Missing Items

If there are items missing from the package when you receive it, please contact us right away.

Design Issues

If the printed design differs substantially from the artwork, please email us with the details.

Sizing Issues

In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoes or clothing, we offer a one-time free size exchange for shoes and clothing to ensure your satisfaction.

Free Exchanges:

  • Free exchanges are allowed once per shoe or clothing order. Any costs related to exchanges past the first free exchange must be covered by the customer.
  • For a free exchange to be processed, please provide the following information: the reason why the product didn't fit (e.g., too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested, customer name, order number, and store name.
  • Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for return.
  • To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we provide accurate sizing charts on each of our product specification pages for your reference.

Important Note

This policy applies to add-to-cart orders and will not be applied to bulk orders. We only provide free size changes for shoes and clothing.

It takes about 20 days to receive a refund.

It is the customers responsibility to organize the package back to us.
